WorkWell Five Stages

WorkWell uses a continuous improvement cycle to guide a workplace to develop a sustainable wellbeing programme.  This is referred to as the five WorkWell stages. The tasks included within each stage are further broken down into steps.

This page provides an overview of the key stages and steps for Bronze Standard Accreditation and further information for achieving Silver and Gold Accreditation, as well as links to the resources you need to work through each stage.
 

  • Gain commitment of senior management
  • Raise awareness of WorkWell
  • Identify a WorkWell Leader
  • Establish a WorkWell group
  • Develop a group vision
  • Maintain regular communication between all employees and management
  • Maintain an employee induction programme

  • Complete Organisational Profile Tool
  • Complete Staff Survey (Prepare, Promote, Provide)
  • Analyse data and identify priority wellbeing areas
  • Disseminate results and findings
  • Maintain regular monitoring of staff wellbeing indicators
