5. Implementing the plan and applying for accreditation

You will now be gaining momentum with the approval of the WorkWell Action & Evaluation Plan.  The next stage is to launch the plan to the rest of the organisation and generate excitement!

The WorkWell Group must ensure that everyone is clear on roles and responsibilities for all aspects of the plan and monitor its progress. 

Be sure to document all of the events and activities that you implement as this will provide evidence for accreditation.
