Now that the organisational profile and staff survey have been completed, the group can use the results to establish baseline figures for sick absence, staff turnover, accident rates, cost analysis etc.
Baseline data may also be used to identify policies and facilities that support wellbeing – those already in place and areas for improvement.
Once the group has reviewed all the relevant data and identified areas for improvement, they should identify the priority health areas to be addressed using WorkWell Solutions.
