2. Gathering baseline data

Once the leader and group is in place and terms of reference have been established, the group need to start gathering the baseline data for the WorkWell Action & Evaluation Plan.

Establishing a baseline will help identify areas to action and enable the group to measure future improvements.

The group will need to review:

• Organisational systems, procedures and policies
• Programmes and services already available

In addition the group will need to identify employee perceptions, attitudes and behaviours relating to wellness issues.
