4. Developing the plan

Once your group has identified the priority health and wellbeing areas and the relevant WorkWell Solutions have been reviewed, the next stage is to draw up an action plan.

At this time the group will seek senior management approval.

Remember all workplaces undertaking WorkWell Accreditation are eligible to attend the FREE WorkWell Workshops or access FREE support from one of the WorkWell Advisors.
